Overview

BlandRico Realty is a Philippine-first real estate marketplace built around a simple promise: "find a home worth coming back to." It lets property owners list condos, houses, townhouses, lots, and commercial spaces across 80+ Filipino cities, while buyers discover them through a fast, geolocation-aware search experience.

The Problem

The Philippine property market is fragmented across Facebook groups, broker WhatsApps, and generic classifieds — none of which let buyers filter by neighborhood radius or trust that a listing is genuine. Owners, meanwhile, have no lightweight way to publish a polished listing without going through a brokerage.

What We Built

A Next.js storefront paired with an editorial approval queue. Owners sign up, post up to 5–20 properties (depending on their tier) with up to 10 photos each, and the listing goes live within 24 hours after a human review. Buyers drop a pin on the map and pull listings within a 1–50 km radius, then message verified sellers directly — no spam, no scraping, no middleman.
