A 3D printer ecommerce storefront built on Shopify Hydrogen. Shoppers browse printers, filaments, and accessories, compare specs across variants, apply discount codes, and check out through PayPal on a fast React + Tailwind frontend.

The Problem

3D printing buyers shop technically — they compare nozzle diameter, build volume, filament compatibility, and accessory bundles before committing. Off-the-shelf Shopify themes are tuned for fast-moving consumer goods, so technical specs get buried, accessory cross-sells are clunky, and promotions for repeat hobbyists are hard to run. Sellers either accept a generic theme that hides what buyers care about or pay to build a custom site from scratch.

What We Built

A Shopify Hydrogen storefront tailored to 3D printers and their accessories. Shoppers create an account, keep a persistent cart across devices, apply discount codes at checkout, and pay through PayPal. Product pages put technical specs front and center alongside compatible filaments and add-on parts, so a buyer can configure a complete kit in one session. The React + Tailwind front end keeps the experience fast on mobile and desktop, while Hydrogen handles inventory, orders, and fulfillment on the back end.
