Overview

Salon operations dashboard for small independent salons in the Philippines. It gives the owner one screen for appointments, stylist performance, client history, services, and retail — replacing the usual mix of logbooks, Messenger threads, and notebook commission tallies.

The Problem

Small PH salons run on patchwork tools. Bookings come in through Facebook Messenger and walk-ins, schedules live in a logbook the receptionist might lose, and stylist commissions get tallied by hand every payday. Owners can't tell which services are actually profitable, which stylist is carrying the month, or how many clients came back. International booking apps assume online-only bookings and don't fit a commission-based, walk-in-heavy floor.

What We Built

A dashboard that captures every appointment, walk-in, and retail sale into one timeline. The owner opens it in the morning and sees today's chairs at a glance — who's in session, who's free, what's booked next — plus monthly KPIs and a per-stylist revenue breakdown. Clients are remembered across visits, services are categorized for price tracking, and a single screen surfaces completion rate, revenue mix, and team contribution.
